We are a therapist-owned outpatient practice specializing in geriatric rehabilitation, neurological conditions, balance and fall prevention, Parkinson's disease, stroke rehabilitation, dementia care, and wellness programs. We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who are passionate about serving older adults and making a meaningful impact in their communities.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
- Accurately document treatment sessions and patient progress in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with supervising Physical Therapists, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, insurance, state regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Tennessee PTA license (or license eligible).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
