What You’ll Be Doing (Your Role in the Mission):
- Empowering patients through hands-on care and treatment, helping them regain mobility and confidence.
- Guiding patients with therapeutic exercises, providing encouragement and expert advice to help them achieve their goals.
- Connecting with each patient on a personal level, showing empathy and offering customized treatments that cater to their needs and progress.
- Staying ahead of the curve by applying the latest research to our treatments, ensuring we provide the best possible care.
- Keeping things organized by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting smooth communication within the team.
- Celebrating every win—no matter how big or small—by actively participating in patient progress and treatment evaluations.
- Upholding ethical standards and legal guidelines to ensure we always deliver the highest quality care.
- Growing your skills by staying current with new techniques and continuing to develop your knowledge in the field.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You’ve worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant and are ready to jump in and make an impact.
- Knowledge: You’re well-versed in therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.
- Communication skills: You know how to motivate, educate, and empower patients, building trust and rapport every step of the way.
- Documentation: You’re organized and meticulous when it comes to patient records and health care administration.
- Licensing: A valid PTA license or certification to practice in your state, along with an Associate or BS degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies.
