🔧 We’re Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic 🔧
Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with experience in heavy equipment, semi and diesel engines, or trucks? We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys troubleshooting, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
📍 Job Summary
In this role, you’ll perform basic to moderately complex maintenance and repair operations to keep plant equipment, machinery, and facilities in top working condition. You’ll diagnose issues, complete repairs while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using sound troubleshooting techniquesPerform maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailersComplete oil changes and routine servicing on equipment and vehiclesWork on diesel engines, semi-trucks, and trailersPerform engine and transmission repairsConduct trailer maintenance and tire repair/replacementExecute and support preventive maintenance programsInstall, assemble, and repair machinery, components, and toolsMaintain accurate reporting and communicate issues to leadershipCollaborate with team members and contractors on complex repairsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
⚙️ What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in a heavy manufacturing or semi/trailer/diesel/mechanical environmentExperience as a diesel mechanic, semi-truck mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanicStrong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, engine, and transmission systemsExperience with trailer mechanics and tire repairWorking knowledge of electrical systemsWelding and torching experienceLicensed MechanicAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
