- Lead sourcing, negotiations, and contract management for key commodities and services
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure uninterrupted supply to support production goals
- Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance
- Mentor procurement team members and lead cross-functional projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics
- CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or similar certifications preferred
- 7-10 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in manufacturing, steel, metals, automotive, or heavy industry
- Proven success negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High-impact role with significant spend responsibility
