What You’ll Get
- Competitive Pay: $21.16/hr starting, increasing to $22.87/hr after training

- Operate mobile equipment to safely handle and transport steel products
- Load, store, and rotate materials by grade, size, and heat number
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Assist with inventory management and quality control
- Complete forklift and overhead crane certifications
- Support and train team members as needed
- Experience with mobile or heavy equipment operation
- Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, and two weekends/month)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Successful completion of our entrance exam
