Position Overview
This is not just a customer service role—this is a revenue-driving position. The VIP Service Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers, building rapport, and turning service visits into sales opportunities by promoting maintenance, upgrades, and additional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every service customer with energy, professionalism, and urgency
- Actively build relationships and maintain a strong presence in the service drive
- Identify and create sales opportunities within the service lane
- Support service advisors by reinforcing recommendations and increasing customer approval rates
- Assist in managing customer flow and ensuring a premium experience
- Follow up with customers to drive repeat business and retention
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, or upselling (automotive preferred but not required)
