Gerald Industries, A DEMA Company, has an opening in our Logistics Department for a dependable, detail-oriented Stock Room Team Member in Gerald, Missouri.

Every position in our facility represents our commitment to quality and customer service. As a Stock Room team member, you will have an important role in this Safety Sensitive position.

What You'll Do:

• Read and understand requirements on orders.
• Pull and count parts from assigned locations with barcode scanning device and correctly document on orders.
• Verify stock for shortages and defective products.
• Ensure that work centers have sufficient quantity of parts to completely assemble products.
• Forklift certification is at Company's discretion.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Basic math and reading skills

• The ability to work independently and stay focused

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Equipment Commonly Used

• Barcode scanner
• Weight scale
• Pallet jack
• Forklift, Joey lift, Tugger

Physical Requirements

This is an active position. You'll regularly:

• Bend, reach, kneel, climb stairs or ladders, and perform other physical warehouse activities
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment while wearing required PPE
