As a team member of our Electronics/Blend Center Assembly Department, you will be responsible for assembling products or components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or you're ready to learn a new trade - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Use of good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Your ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Being reliable, good attendance.
- Capable of matching and fitting parts in sub-assemblies
- Perform testing operations.
- Ability to cross-train in various areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working spaces.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Learn to use hand, air and power tools
- Will use Quality testing equipment

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable attendance

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting materials up to 40 pounds. You'll work in a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas and temperatures may vary seasonally.
