What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Shipping & Warehouse Specialist, you'll help keep customer orders moving accurately and on time by:
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Labeling packages and completing shipping documentation
- Using barcode scanners and shipping software
- Pulling and counting inventory accurately
- Loading and moving materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts (training available)
- Assisting with inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping
- Verifying shipments before they leave the facility
- Working with teammates to meet daily shipping goals
- Following all company safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoy staying active throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or logistics experience is helpful but not required
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting materials up to 40 pounds, and safely operating warehouse equipment throughout the workday. You'll work in a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas and temperatures may vary seasonally.
