Senior HR Generalist

At Geotrek, we’re building premium camper vans for people who want more adventure, freedom, and time outside. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to help build a strong team and a great workplace culture alongside it.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing people operations, recruiting, compliance, and employee support in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
Partner with managers on hiring needs, recruiting strategy, and interview processes
Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
Lead onboarding and help create a strong employee experience from Day 1
Support benefits administration and employee questions
Help maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies
Assist with employee relations, coaching, performance conversations, and conflict resolution
Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting
Support payroll coordination and HR operations as needed
Improve HR processes, communication, and overall employee experience
Help foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
5 years of HR Generalist experience
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
