Head of Operations — Geotrek (Boulder, CO | In-Person)

We're hiring a Head of Operations to take full ownership of production at Geotrek — a company on a mission to disrupt the RV industry from the ground up. We build premium campervans out of Boulder, CO and we're scaling fast.

You are responsible for output, speed, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the entire shop.

What You Own

• Vans built (target: ≥40/month)
• Labor hours per van and reduction plan
• Production flow across all phases
• System design and process improvement
• Bottlenecks (identify and eliminate quickly)
• Inventory flow and planning (no delays due to parts)
• KPI tracking and enforcement
• Build, lead, and develop a team of 40 (and growing) across all production phases
• Lead buildout and operational standup of our additional 40,000 sq ft production facility
• Oversee operations of our service center

Decision Authority

• Change build process immediately
• Reallocate labor across teams
• Delay deliveries if it improves system performance
• Implement or kill processes without approval

Compensation

• Base: $150,000
• Performance Bonus: $50,000–$100,000
