Service Manager — Geotrek Vans (Boulder, CO)


$75,000 – $105,000 per year

Own and build the service department at one of the fastest growing campervan companies in the U.S.

Geotrek Vans is looking for a Service Manager to take full ownership of our service operation, including team, systems, customer experience, and performance.

This is a leadership role with full accountability for how service runs and scales.


What You’ll Own

• Full service department operations including tickets, scheduling, and workflow

• Customer experience from first contact through resolution

• Service team performance and accountability

• Quality control and final sign off on work

• Service efficiency, speed, and cost management

• Systems, reporting, and continuous improvement

• Feedback loop into product and production teams

• Minimal ticket backlog and fast resolution times

• Customers feel taken care of and confident in Geotrek

• Service runs on clear systems, not chaos

• Issues are solved at the root, not repeatedly

• Service becomes a strong, scalable part of the business


Who You Are

• You have managed or led a service department in automotive, RV, marine, or a similar field

• You take full ownership with no dropped balls and no excuses

• You are highly organized and build systems that scale

• You are strong with customers and even better at solving problems

• You can manage people, priorities, and pressure at the same time

• You make sound decisions quickly and confidently


Compensation

• Base salary $75,000

• On target earnings of $90,000 to $105,000

• Performance based variable compensation tied to service department performance

• Strong upside for high performers as the department scales
