What You'll Do:
Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, offer test drives, and guide them through the buying process with professionalism.
Build Lasting Relationships: Foster trust and satisfaction through strong follow-up and relationship management to promote repeat and referral business.
Learn & Grow: Stay up to date with industry trends and participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Collaborate with Your Team: Work closely with managers and the finance team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process from start to finish.
