The Office of Student Financial Aid seeks a federal work study student assistant to assist with daily duties. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing essential career readiness skills, including effective communication, collaboration, problem solving, professionalism, and digital literacy.
Must have completed a 25/26 FAFSA and be eligible
Must be enrolled in at least 6 hours during the summer
Responsibilities
Extends excellent customer service to faculty, staff, students, and visitors
Provide user assistance in labs
Assists in updating webpages
Prepares and files documents
Completes tasks including typing, copying, faxing, shredding, etc.
Creates brochures, flyers, forms, surveys, etc.
Prepares activity reports and similar documents
Prepares and maintains spreadsheets
Runs errands on campus
Reports time daily
Other duties as assigned
