It i s important to be available at the t i mes we discuss after look i ng at your class schedu l e Be polite and courteous to others Assist with photocopies and filings Interact with student s Proctor and set up rooms for testing Update forms Create and update flyers Update files Assets students and instructors as needed Check the mail Multitasking and prioritizing tasks Exceptional written and spoken communication skills Knowledge of some computer and software programs Knowledge of dealing with s ens i tive and personal informat i on .
