- What you’ll do:
- Provide Southern Hospitality to every guest you come in contact with.
- When possible, hold the door for our guests entering and leaving the building.
- When a wait is necessary, record guests name and phone and provide an appropriate wait time.
- Follow the Georgia Boys BBQ steps of service as a host/hostess and as a to-go specialist (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders, follow cash handling procedure, etc) .
- Learn table and seat numbers to expo/deliver food efficiently.
- Bus and clean tables to keep a clean and tidy dining room.
- Treat your teammates and guests with respect.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the manager on duty.

Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
