Real Estate Owner is seeking an experienced Resident Manager for a luxury rental building in Manhattan. Responsibilities include supervision and training of all building staff, as well as maintaining quality resident relations.
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with tenants
- Facilities/Mechanical experience with strong knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Adheres to all regulatory requirements and conducts monthly inspections of all buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with governmental policies and procedures
- Ensures safety standards, safe work practices, and emergency responses are maintained
- Maintains tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they are in proper working order
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in live-in Super/Resident Manager role in a luxury building in Manhattan.
- Strong technical skills across multiple disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Working knowledge of building operations
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and supervisory skills with attention to detail
- Experience with PTAC units required.
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
