We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team focused on commercial, industrial, and data center construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and has strong experience managing complex MEP-heavy projects.
What You’ll Do
- Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Work within a Design/Build environment, coordinating directly with architects and consultants
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and client communication
- Manage either a single large project or multiple projects depending on size and complexity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in commercial, industrial, or data center construction
- Ideally MEP experience with a understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Preferred experience with concrete, structural, tilt-wall, or PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings)
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and organizational skills
