What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Genuine Search Group?
The Opportunity:
We are partnered with a regional defense firm in search of a civil litigation attorney to join their Raleigh office. This is a growth-oriented role added to support an expanding caseload across a broad-based civil defense practice with a strong regional reputation.
The incoming attorney will step into an active caseload focused on construction litigation, trucking and transportation, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4 years of related civil litigation experience, preferably defense
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex caseload independently
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortability developing and executing litigation strategies in coordination with clients and partner support
- Recent experience drafting substantive motions (summary judgment, motions to dismiss)

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
