What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Genuine Search Group?
We are working with a GC on Long Island who is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Review project issues and help develop timely solutions.
- Manage project documentation, administrative tasks, and records.
- Conduct job site visits to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist with subcontract procurement, onboarding, and contract administration.
- Track project resources, schedules, and subcontractor/vendor performance.
- Prepare project reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support the project team through effective communication and organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in construction coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of construction methods, project management, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
