What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Litigation Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney position at Genuine Search Group?
This role will be a hybrid opportunity handling 80-120 pre-litigation cases for motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip & falls, habitability cases, and workplace accidents. This role is for an attorney with 5-15 years of experience that wants to handle every case with a unique approach that's best for the victim. This is not a law firm that uses templates and is high volume, they're meticulous and go above and beyond for clients.
This role will pay a base salary of up to 200k plus 50k in annual retention bonus, annual bonus, and after the first year will receive settlement fee percentages. It is an onsite role for the first 90 days and then hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days remote after.

Intake
- Personal injury screening and evaluation
- Client retention
Team Management
- Co-manage Pre‑Litigation team with Managing Partner
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Case Setup & Early Assessment
- Claim setup and file organization
- Conduct early case assessment and ongoing strategic planning
- Expert retention
- Medical coordination
- Investigation and evidence preservation
Client Communications
- Maintain client updates and correspondence
- Demand & Negotiation
- Draft, edit, review, and finalize demand packages
- Conduct claim negotiation and settlement discussions
Early Resolution
- Prepare mediation briefs
- Conduct early mediations
- Case Close-Out
- Coordinate with Post‑Litigation to finalize claims and handle initial litigation proceedings
- Oversee transfer of matters from pre‑litigation to litigation
- Limited Litigation Initiation
- Draft complaints
- Prepare and respond to initial discovery in litigation proceedings
