Job Details
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to support a variety of infrastructure and land development projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle, from design through construction, with a focus on drainage, stormwater management, and site development.
• Perform design and drafting using Civil 3D for grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout
• Support stormwater management and drainage design, including hydrology and hydraulic calculations
• Assist with preparation of construction documents, reports, and technical specifications
• Contribute to land development and infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, and site improvements
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and public agencies throughout design and permitting
• Support construction phase services including submittal review and field coordination
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience or exposure to drainage and stormwater design preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
