Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding clients through complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation, and support issues. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotionally charged situations with clarity and confidence, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel to clients involved in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and spousal support
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and court pleadings with precision and clarity
• Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research tools to stay current on relevant laws and regulations
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes
• Manage case files efficiently while maintaining meticulous records of all case activities and correspondence
• Develop strong advocacy skills through effective legal writing and oral argumentation to support clients’ interests

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience handling divorces, child custody, pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements, spousal support, and alimony cases.
• Someone who wants to support clients and be in the court room
• 1 YOE in family law

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Recent Family law: 1 year (Required)
• Litigation Court Room: 1 year (Required)
