Role Description
We are seeking a Family Law Attorney for a full-time hybrid role. This position requires a practitioner who mirrors the firm's dedication to assertive, results-driven advocacy. You will manage a diverse portfolio of family law matters—including divorce, custody, support, and protection from abuse cases—while maintaining the high standards of professional ethics and client care that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation & Advocacy: Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and trials with the same vigor and preparedness found in the firm’s criminal defense practice.
- Strategic Drafting: Craft precise legal documents, including motions, stipulations, and pleadings, ensuring every detail serves the client's long-term goals.
- Discovery & Preparation: Conduct thorough legal research and lead deposition processes to build unshakeable cases.
- Counseling: Provide empathetic, yet objective legal advice, helping clients navigate the complexities of the Pennsylvania legal system.
Qualifications - MUST HAVE ACTIVE PA LICENSE
- Family Law Expertise: Proven experience handling sensitive cases involving divorce, custody, and support.
- Litigation Prowess: Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania legal principles, courtroom procedures, rules of evidence, and the ability to manage complex litigation from inception to resolution.
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional legal research skills and the ability to identify critical nuances in case law.
- Communication: Elite negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Adaptability: Proficiency in working within a hybrid environment, balancing independent work with team-wide collaboration.
- Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar.
