Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Social Worker (LBSW) to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school and have at least one year of experience as a Social Worker in a healthcare or hospice setting.
Key Responsibilities
