Job Title: Senior Product Manager (Consumer Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive growth, conversion, and customer experience across consumer-facing digital products. This role sits within a highly collaborative product team focused on launching new services, improving onboarding, and optimizing the end-to-end user journey.
You will partner closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life—from discovery through launch—while continuously improving performance through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap and strategy for consumer-facing features
- Lead end-to-end product development (concept → launch → optimization)
- Partner with designers and front-end engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Drive product discovery, ideation, and experimentation initiatives
- Optimize conversion, growth, and customer engagement metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, and engineering teams
- Define product requirements and make feature prioritization and trade-off decisions
- Align stakeholders and communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of product management experience
- Strong background in consumer-facing products (UX, onboarding, conversion, growth)
- Proven experience owning and executing product roadmaps and strategy
- Demonstrated success delivering products end-to-end
- Deep experience working with design and front-end engineering teams
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and experimentation experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Seattle
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer tech, retail, or digital product environments
- Background in growth, conversion optimization, or customer experience initiatives
- Experience in healthcare or related industries (nice to have)
