Reports To: Director of New Equipment Sales
The Project Coordinator – New Equipment provides comprehensive after‑sale support for the Industrial Generator Sales Department. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle—from submittal preparation to order processing, delivery coordination, and project closeout. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, technically inclined, and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Project Review & Documentation
- Review new project packages for completeness and accuracy to drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Compile full submittal packages and respond to contractor or engineering comments to secure approvals and release equipment for manufacturing.
Order Processing & Coordination
- Prepare purchase orders and process equipment orders in alignment with project requirements.
- Track order status, maintain detailed project documentation, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Organize and schedule equipment deliveries, startup, and commissioning activities.
Project Tracking & Communication
- Monitor and update project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external partners, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Minimum 1 year of technical experience, ideally in power systems such as generators, three‑phase UPS systems, switchgear, or electrical distribution equipment.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve project goals.
- Experience in the on‑site power generation industry highly preferred.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- At least 1 year of technical support or related experience required.
