Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team for the PM shift. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while helping oversee daily warehouse operations.
This position requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, forklift certified, and comfortable communicating with dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely outbound shipments.
Schedule
PM Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
Candidates must be flexible and available to train on an earlier shift for several days during the training period.
Responsibilities
- Load trailers with product scheduled to go out the following morning
- Verify and check off product as it is being loaded to ensure orders are complete and accurate
- Relocate product from the warehouse floor into warehouse racks and designated locations
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding shipment status, loading updates, and any issues
- Assist with maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment
- Support warehouse operations and help ensure productivity goals are met
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong warehouse experience required
- Previous lead experience preferred, or relevant warehouse experience with leadership ability
- Forklift certification required
- Experience loading trailers required
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally with dispatchers and team members
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse product safely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
