We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated HR professional to join a fast-paced team! This dual-role position combines Human Resources and Office Management responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include:
• Employee onboarding & offboarding
• Recruiting & interview coordination
• HR compliance & employee relations
• Payroll & benefits support
• Office operations & vendor coordination
• Organizing meetings, events & internal communications
• Maintaining a productive and organized office environment
Qualifications:
• 3 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of HR laws & compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems & Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication & multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Office management experience preferred
• HR Certification is a plus (SHRM/PHR preferred)
