What You’ll Be Doing
- Research celebrity talent, IP, fan engagement, and cultural trends to inform strategies
- Track talent partner funnel from onboarding through activation and utilization
- Develop ideas and storylines for how AI companions can be activated and marketed
- Prepare polished decks, creative briefs, and presentations for partners
- Produce engaging content with in-house avatar tools (no technical skills required)
- Edit short-form videos for social media using tools like CapCut or TikTok-native apps
- Collaborate with XFN teams to execute campaigns and track activations, ensuring AI companions deliver traction and value once live
- Use AI tools to streamline research, content creation, and workflows
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or recently graduated
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Self-starter with a go-getter mindset; able to work independently
- Creative thinker with strong awareness of pop culture, entertainment, and digital storytelling
- Social media savvy with experience editing short-form content
- Excellent research and presentation skills
- Interest in AI and enthusiasm for using tools to work more efficiently
