Time Commitment: ~15 hours/week

About the Role

Gleam is a next-gen creative studio redefining visual storytelling through Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a talented creator who speaks the language of social media. This role offers a front-row seat to the AI revolution, working alongside a cross-border team to bridge global markets. You will be working with high-end AI video assets and helping us launch a new speculative commercial channel. Job Description

• Support Gleam’s marketing and brand presence through video editing, case showcases, and social media content creation;
• Re-package commercial and short film projects into platform-friendly content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.;
• Assist in preparing marketing assets (promo videos, posters, case decks) and support day-to-day campaign execution;
• Collaborate with creative, design, and external teams to ensure deliverables align with Gleam’s brand voice.

Requirements

• MUST be a current student enrolled in an accredited university and eligible to receive academic credit (Film, Media Arts, Design, or Animation or related majors preferred);
• Portfolio is Mandatory: You must provide a link to your reel, portfolio, or a curated social media account demonstrating your creative skills;
• Proficient in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro);
• Strong sense of visual rhythm, typography, and color grading;
• Strong learning ability, responsibility, and ability to work efficiently in a remote team.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Dreamina, etc.);
• Motion graphics skills (After Effects) or 3D basics (Blender);
• Passion for fashion and beauty industry.
