What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator position at Creative Circle?
Real estate company is seeking a Content Creator to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The contract portion of the role will be about 3-months before potential fulltime conversion, for the right person. This role does require 40 hours/week in a hybrid capacity (at least 2 days per week onsite) in Westwood, CA. This role also does include significant travel (roughly 1 week per month).
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves ideating fresh content, and can execute with precision. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and CMO to develop engaging content that resonates with the audience and reflects current trends.
MUST HAVE:
-3 years of experience creating and editing video content for social media
-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (preferred), Canva, and familiarity with Asana for project management
-Strong eye for design and ability to create engaging, trend-driven content.
-Comfortable with travel and flexible scheduling.
-Corporate experience preferred
KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
-Shoot and edit video, add text to photos, and produce visually compelling social media content for all major social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
-Partner closely with the Sr. Social Media Manager to brainstorm and execute content ideas aligned with brand strategy
-Stay up to date on social media trends and translate them into actionable content
-Take feedback constructively and work closely with cross-functional teams
-Handle basic audio setup (e.g., microphones) during shoots
NICE TO HAVE:
-Real estate experience is a bonus but not required
