Job Summary:
As a Junior Recruiter, you will assist with the full recruitment cycle, supporting senior recruiters while developing your skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and client relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communications between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
- Support senior recruiters with various administrative and recruitment tasks
Qualifications:
- Entry-level experience, recent graduates welcome
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented with a professional, friendly demeanor
