Job Description Esta posição atuará de forma híbrida 3x presencial no escritório em São Caetano/SP. Atuar tecnicamente no desenvolvimento e na análise dimensional de componentes e conjuntos, assegurando o atendimento aos requisitos de produto e processo, suportando a engenharia com avaliações, interpretações de desenho, aplicação de GD&T e utilização avançada de NX. Principais responsabilidades Realizar análises dimensionais de componentes e sistemas, suportando atividades de desenvolvimento, validação e solução de problemas Interpretar e revisar desenhos técnicos, tolerâncias e requisitos funcionais Aplicar conceitos de GD&T para definição, análise e validação de critérios dimensionais Utilizar NX em nível avançado para avaliação geométrica, análise de interfaces e suporte às atividades de engenharia Trabalhar em conjunto com times multifuncionais, contribuindo para decisões técnicas e alinhamento entre produto, manufatura e qualidade Preparar e conduzir apresentações técnicas, comunicando resultados, riscos e recomendações com clareza Apoiar investigações técnicas e propostas de melhoria contínua relacionadas a variação dimensional e robustez de projeto Atuar com autonomia na execução das atividades do dia a dia, mantendo postura colaborativa e foco em aprendizado contínuo Pré-requisitos Inglês intermediário Conhecimento em NX Experiência em GD&T CREA Ativo Competências comportamentais Comunicação assertiva Técnicas de apresentação Trabalho em time Learning on the fly, com capacidade de aprender rapidamente e se adaptar a novos desafios Perfil esperado Buscamos um(a) profissional com boa base técnica em Engenharia Dimensional, perfil analítico, capacidade de organização e facilidade para atuar em um ambiente colaborativo. É importante ter clareza na comunicação, segurança para apresentar temas técnicos e disposição para aprender continuamente.
