Job Description Esta posição ficará alocado 3x presencial no escritório em São Caetano do Sul/SP. Resumo da Posição Responsável pela gestão estratégica e operacional de processos trabalhistas individuais e coletivos, atuando em parceria com escritórios externos, com foco na mitigação de riscos, controle de provisões e redução de exposição financeira. Principais Responsabilidades Gerir carteira de processos trabalhistas individuais e coletivos, em todas as fases. Definir e acompanhar estratégias processuais e de acordo, em alinhamento com as políticas internas. Coordenar e supervisionar escritórios externos, garantindo qualidade técnica, prazos e aderência à estratégia. Realizar análise e revisão de provisões trabalhistas, assegurando governança e previsibilidade financeira. Avaliar e conduzir acordos judiciais, visando redução de passivo e geração de savings. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas sobre riscos, contingências e status do portfólio. Atuar de forma integrada com RH, Relações Trabalhistas, Financeiro, Produção e Medicina do Trabalho. Requisitos Graduação em Direito, com OAB ativa. Experiência em contencioso trabalhista, preferencialmente em ambiente corporativo ou gestão de alto volume. Capacidade analítica, organização e comunicação clara com áreas não jurídicas. Diferenciais Atuação prévia em empresa multinacional ou indústria. Experiência com processos coletivos, sindicatos, MPT ou casos estratégicos. Inglês para leitura técnica e interação com áreas globais.
