What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Precast Concrete Production Technician position at General Labor Services?
Location: Denver, NC
A day in the life: You arrive at our outdoor precast yard ready to build what lasts. The morning starts with a toolbox talk in both English and Spanish, then you move to the forms—setting them up, prepping, and checking production specs. As the first concrete batch arrives, you help pour, level, and finish. Once the product cures, you strip it from the forms, clean down your area, and get the molds ready for the next run. Throughout the day you operate basic tools and production equipment, handle heavy materials, and coordinate with teammates and supervisors to hit daily targets. You keep a sharp eye on safety—inspecting work areas, noting maintenance needs, and working clean.
