Bilingual Concrete Manufacturing Technician

Join our manufacturing crew in Summerville, SC 29486 as a Bilingual Concrete Manufacturing Technician. You’ll keep production moving, quality tight, and safety first—while communicating seamlessly in both English and Spanish.

• Kick off with a brief huddle (EN/ES), review the day’s production plan, and prepare forms, tools, and materials.
• Assist with batching and mixing, help pour and place concrete, and support finishing (screeding, edging, and surface touch-ups) to meet spec.
• Run production machinery and material-handling equipment properly and safely.
• Follow production schedules, hit throughput goals, and complete in-process quality checks with care.
• Keep the floor tidy and organized—clean as you go to maintain an orderly, efficient area.
• Stick to safety protocols at all times and use PPE correctly.
• Perform basic equipment care—cleaning, inspections, and minor adjustments; report issues promptly.
• Help onboard new team members by demonstrating steps, standards, and safe work practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for clear, respectful communication.
• Background in concrete work or related production preferred.
• Comfort lifting heavy materials and doing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality results.
• Team-oriented mindset and solid communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, with overtime as needed.
• Working knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices in an industrial setting.
