- Minimum of associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Fluency with basic math skills
- Knowledge of the beverage industry and understanding of market trends and customer motivations preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and information processing systems
- Ability to reach, twist and bend and lift up to 175 lbs. on occasion
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Have and develop knowledge of GB products and pricing, and customers and retailers on route.
- Make professional presentations to grow sales by recommending new items, merchandising concepts, including floor displays, permanent point of sale material, and product promotion.
- Complete all sales orders properly and accurately, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Check for proper rotation and pricing accuracy of all products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position GB products in the market.
- Supply accurate sales forecasts, monitor programs, participate in incentives and complete required documentation and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
