DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Proficiency
- Develop and implement automated business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online).
- Design scalable workflows that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 services and third-party platforms via connectors, gateways, and APIs.
- Build data-driven dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making processes.
- Leverage SharePoint Online for document management and process design through lists and libraries.
- Analyze, document, and re-engineer business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort through automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Create comprehensive process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the rollout and adoption of automated solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and present Power Platform-based solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work effectively in both agile and traditional project delivery environments.

Job Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field and six or more years experience as a business process analyst working with computerized management systems to include, but not limited to, product life cycle systems. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.

Strong knowledge of:
- Power Automate – building automated workflows.
- Power Apps – developing custom low-code apps.
- Power BI – creating reports and dashboards.
- SharePoint Online – utilizing for process integration.
- Proficient in process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with data sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, Excel, and SQL.
- Preferred Certifications (Optional but advantageous):
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certifications
