The Machine Operator will review work instructions, build product per specifications and within tolerances, complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures, comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities
- Proficiently operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the products they assemble and how they impact the business.
- Continuous learning of the principles, practices, and processes of their job as changes require and similar jobs
- Safely handle materials utilizing proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists/lift tables.
- Communicate hazards and/or equipment issues with leadership.
- Occasionally provide basic training to employees as needed
- Cross train in different areas within the department and flex to different stations as needed
- High school Diploma or equivalent (GED). 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Work in a team environment in a professional manner
- Effectively communicate
- Utilize applicable hand tools with precision.
