Description: To provide professional Construction Management Advisory service that uses specialized project management techniques to oversee, review and advise the construction and completion of the project. The CM must assist with the control of a project’s time, cost and quality. The CM should assist with requirements for construction management, administration and oversight, quality assurance, risk management and mitigation, preparation of cost estimate(s), cost analysis, documentation and record keeping, schedule management, and closeout procedures
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering or Construction Management with minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management of large projects
