Job Title: Construction Inspector

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite | Contract (Approx. June 2026 – Feb 2027)
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to provide full-time, on-site inspection and oversight for a federal construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily on-site construction inspections and monitor contractor performance
- Ensure work complies with contract documents, plans, and specifications
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and photo documentation
- Review submittals, schedules, change requests, and payment applications
- Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and report safety issues and non-compliant work
- Assist with testing, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, specifically citing marine and waterfront construction
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience on Federal Government construction projects as a government CI, Superintendent, or Quality Control Manager
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specifications
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Physically able to work on active construction site
