Job Title: Facility Engineer/Project Engineer

Job Description: The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for the planning, technical design, and execution of facilities infrastructure projects. This includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades, structural repairs, and workspace optimizations to ensure operational continuity and safety. Some of the major tasks are listed below:
• Facility condition assessments
• Site/construction progress visits
• Technical and compliance documentation development and updates
• Formulating facility project budgets
• Preparation of presentations and reports
• Tracking maintenance and construction projects
Required qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Certifications: PE (Professional Engineer) license and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SmartSheet and Microsoft Project.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial facilities engineering
