Affiliate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day management/support to affiliates and clients via phone and email
• Work closely with Clients’ teams to plan and execute new promotions
• Develop strategy and execute plans to measurably grow clients online businesses
• Recruit and optimize relationships with new and existing marketing partners
• Develop and execute communication to affiliates through newsletters
• Maintain affiliate promotional calendar
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of the programs and recommend improvements
• Ensure Affiliates are paid on time and accurately
• Senior manager responsibilities include all of the above plus the management of staff

Requirements:

• Hustle and Exceptional Work Ethic are an absolute must
• Agency experience is preferred
• Minimum two years Affiliate Marketing Experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
• Detail-oriented and the ability to manage priorities
• Strong knowledge of Excel and basic HTML. Comfort level with and an interest in Internet technologies such as data feeds and XML
• Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a team
