Gemline® is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will be responsible for managing and generating business from some of Gemline’s strategic accounts. Primary responsibilities include:
· Act as administrator for Salesforce and liaison to IT team – handle all Salesforce Reporting, Rep Training and Development needs
· Sales Territory Management – Account Assignments, Mapping, Changes
· Manage the production and distribution of all Product Launch Samples to Sales
· Manage any projects coming from the continuous improvement board (CIB)
· Identify and onboard new Sales Technology companies (e.g. Gong, Kahoot)
· Handle all New Hire On-Boarding for the sales team
· Distribute Sales Leads from all sources (e.g. brand partners, Commonsku)
· Act as the main communication conduit to and from the sales team
· Manage all customer research projects
· Coordinate Sales Training needs
· Liaison to HR, Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain
· Additional tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; attention to detail a must
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers
· Able to work independently and must possess excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills
· 2-4 years of sales operations experience
· CRM usage and knowledge, Salesforce a plus
· Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite
· High adaptability to change
