Position – Staff Nurse RN
Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services.
This position could be working in Hammond or East Chicago and this is a clinic setting - FQHC.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient symptoms and medical histories
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and treatments
- Glucose monitoring
- Mantoux testing
- Clinical documentation
Pay:
$26.12 - $33.96 $ 2.00 Clinic Incentive
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- Current Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana in good standing
- No experience required
