Payroll/Accounting Clerk

Position – Payroll and AP Accountant

This Payroll and AP Accountant position is classified as supporting an administrative support department for the Regional Care Group network. The incumbent hired will represent Regional Care Group network on official communications.

Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Clerk. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. This position requires proficiency in various payroll software systems and knowledge of accounting principles.

Pay is based on experience:

$40,435.20 - $52,561.60

Essential Functions:

• Process payroll for employees using, Vista & Vista Time, or other payroll software systems
• Calculate and verify hours worked, overtime and deductions
• Maintain accurate records and do follow-up work
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
• Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee information is maintained
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of relevant experience
