Job Summary
To review product, in-process, inform Production personnel of Non-Conformance’s and suspect material.
Essential job Functions
1. Complete Product and Process audit on each line, continuously monitor production lines.
2. Assist Production Teams in performing First/Last-Piece and In-Process Inspections and Control Plan Verification (Check-off) Sheet documentation at required frequencies, in situations where the Production Team is unable to do these properly.
3. Monitors correct Part ID, Lot Control, labeling, packaging and handling of all part numbers in the production area for conformance to Quality Assurance requirements.
4. Ensure containment, review and disposition of all Non-conforming material detected through In-Process inspections, and proper identification of all suspect Non-Conforming material for Finished Goods Inspection review. Assist with clean point activities.
5. Relieve Operators during breaks.
6. Assist with maintenance, verification and audit of Production Gauging and measurement equipment.
7. Perform all job functions under Operator job description.
8. Assist Quality Tech Finished Goods with inventory from outsources, including verification, labeling and re-labeling procedures.
9. General Housekeeping.
