Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Gemini Plastics / 4835 Garfield Street, Ubly, Michigan
Starting Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 (Includes Shift Premium)
Available Work Hours:
- 2nd Shift / 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- 3rd shift / 11:00pm - 7:00am
$500 Sign-on Bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Visually inspect and compare parts to assure defect-free products.
- Use of computer for tracking production and labor.
- Package a specified number of defect-free parts in an appropriately sized and labeled container.
- Perform daily caliper audit for team members – rotating responsibility monthly.
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Motor coordination, manual , and finger dexterity.
- Mechanical skills.
- Statistical Process Control.
