We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a desire to take their career to the next level in a supportive, value-based, and goal-focused environment. This role is strategic in developing talent acquisition programs and drives initiatives that align with GEI’s overall goals. The HR Manager serves in a consultative role for GEI divisions and is also responsible for both the oversight and direct execution of core HR functions, including compliance and day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor an HR Generalist and a dedicated team of recruiters
• Drive strategic HR initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives

• Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative HR solutions
• Ensure effective oversight and execution of core HR operations, including compliance, policies, and day-to-day employee support

Education Requirements (All)

BA/BS degree or 3 - 5 years or more of related industry experience
